2. 125th Quasquicentennial Gala Zelle Instructions

To pay by Zelle for the 125th Gala, you must do the following:

  1. Send the seat/table donation/payment to elkszelle@ibpoew.org (Enrolled as Business Name: GRAND LODGE OF IMPROVED BENEVOLENT)

  2. Email a copy of your receipt/proof of donation/payment to 125honors@ibpoew.org along with a request for the best available seat/table. 

  3. You will receive a response email with the table and seat number(s) assigned. 

  4. Bring a printed copy of the email response as your proof of payment and seat assignment(s) to the event on August 8.  

NOTE: If you send a Zelle payment and do not send proof to 125honors@ibpoew.org - a seat selection cannot be guaranteed. Seats are first come, first served. 

3. 125th Quasquicentennial Gala Credit Card Instructions (convenience fee applies)

To pay by Credit Card for the 125th Gala, you must do the following:

  1. Contact Wilhelmina Freeman at the Grand Lodge Headquarters.

  2. Make the seat/table donation/payment on the telephone with her. She will email/text you a copy of your receipt.

  3. Email a copy of your receipt/proof of donation/payment to 125honors@ibpoew.org along with a request for the best available seat/table. 

  4. You will receive a response email with the table and seat number(s) assigned. 

  5. Bring a printed copy of the email response as your proof of payment and seat assignment(s) to the event on August 8.
