Brother Cooper has resurrected Gillison Council #75. He brought forth great ideas to get Brothers actively involved in learning and teaching one another Elk Law! With his innovative approach, he has proudly been able to have the most attendance by Brothers than in previous years! Attending Council meetings under his leadership has also assisted in preparing NES - EA leaders to becoming a better!

I joined the IBPEO of W in 1992 in Sanford, NC. I am Chief Antler at Baxter Council #127, 5th District. I serve as Command Sergeant Major of North Carolina Antler Guard BDE. I am a Special Deputy for North Carolina. In Brick City Lodge #688, I have held various positions to include Lecture Knight, Treasurer, Trustee, Chairman Trustee Board, Financial Secretary, and the current Exalted Ruler for Brick City Lodge #688 Sanford, NC. I am the Chairman of Directors of Board of Adjustment, I served as Chairman Board of Directors Lee County Juvenile Services, member of Brick Capital Community Development, I served as hearing Officer for Sanford Housing Authority, and Chairman Board of Sanford Housing Appeals. I served 28 years in the US Army, retired Sergeant Major 2005.

Brother Tate has supported Elkdom and its community as the follows, Grand District Deputy, Chief Antler- Past Exalted Rulers Council #26, Exalted Ruler- Alpha Lodge #1, Ohio State Association Security for State President, Ohio State Director King Contest, Community service , Council adopted DCCH Center for Children and families by providing hygiene products, Council adopted and donated to 6th District Elementary school in Covington KY, household products and supplies to wash children garments to wear to school. The council created a Domestic Violence Department to serve battered families. He also helped to create garage sale fundraisers to assist local families to purchase personal goods.

PGER James Taylor

DDGER James N. Taylor Sr. was raised in Salisbury MD. He has been a member of Queen City Lodge 1051 since 1978. He is retired from the Maryland State Police and is currently employed with Wicomico County Board of Education. He has held various positions with Elkdom (Ex Ruler of Queen City Lodge 1051; Right Antler of Council 76; Trustee of Tri State (MD, DE, and DC). Currently he is President of the Tri-State District Deputies Council, Third Vice of Tri-State, Chief Antler of Council 76. DDGER believes in educating the new members of elkdom to further enhance the IBPOE of W. He received the Tri-State President’s award in 2023 and Tri-State Elk of the year award this year.

PGER Phillip Whitty
Louisiana State Association
Phillip is a member of Capital City Lodge #993 in Baton Rouge; he is the current Secretary of the lodge. Phillip joined the Louisiana State Association in 2022; He received his PSP Degree and was elected as the 1st Vice President. Phillip was appointed by the Grand Exalted Ruler as the State President for the State of Louisiana. In 2023, Phillip was duly elected by the association as the Louisiana State President where he is currently serving. In 2024, Phillip, along with other members of the State Association, petitioned to organize an Antler Guard company (falling under the Mississippi Brigade), Phillip petitioned the Grand Lodge to organize a Past Exalted Rulers Council, it was approved (Emmanuel Harrison PER Council #161) where he currently serves as Chief Antler.
